We provide free shipping on all orders over $50 to ensure that our customers don't have to worry about extra fees when purchasing items.

While most orders arrive in 7-16 days, many things can delay shipping times such as bad weather and peak holiday package delivery.

Most of our crystals are sourced from the largest crystal capital in the world, Donghai, China, where over 80% of the world's crystal export and manufacture takes place.

If the crystal is an "exact pull", then yes, you will get that one-of-a-kind crystal.

If it is a random pull, then most vendor images will show the vendor's largest pull to show the capability of the quality and detail they provide.

This is ideal for those who appreciate the spontaneity and surprise that comes with each crystal's distinct characteristics. Most are mass produced to fit a specific design (such as towers), but aren't the exact ones shown in the pictures.
